Allard & Shelton Wins Awards For Excellence!

Congratulations to the team @ Allard & Shelton who received several accolades at this year’s REIV Commercial Marketing Awards For Excellence, held at the InterContinental Hotel, Melbourne on 9 September 2010.

Allard & Shelton were recognised by the REIV for marketing excellence in two (2) sales categories:

and

FINALIST | Commercial & Industrial Sales Campaign
(Budget between $15,000 - $30,000)
For side by side property auctions of 2 individual allotments at
107 & 109 Munro Avenue, Sunshine North on Thursday 27 May 2010.

The REIV received a total of 60 entries for various categories, from numerous commercial agencies across Victoria, and we are particularly proud of our award-winning campaign success!

Both sales campaigns generated exceptionally strong buyer enquiry and resulted in sales prices above market expectations.
