The Managing Director of Allard & Shelton, Patrick joined the Company in 1992.

Peter Lane - DIRECTOR

With over 25 years experience, comprising a strong focus on asset management, leasing and selling, particularly within the Melbourne CBD and inner city, Peter has established a loyal client base unmatched within the industry.

Peter joined Allard & Shelton Pty Ltd as an Associate in July 1992. He was admitted as an Associate of the Australian Institute of Valuers and Land Economists in March 1994, and has specialised skills in retail and commercial properties.

Joseph Walton - DIRECTOR

Joseph is a passionate property professional with vast knowledge and experience in all sectors of the property market, encompassing the sale and leasing of commercial, retail and industrial properties, in addition to residential sales.

Joseph has worked extensively with government departments, publicly-listed entilies, charitable foundations and high-net-worth private individuals.

As such, Joseph's professional depth & ability, in addition to his attention to probity matters, ensures that he consistently provides our clients with an exemplary standard of service.

Having commenced at Allard & Shelton in 2003 (as a Sales Executive) Joseph was appointed as a Director of the business in 2008.

Phillip Pascoe - SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER

Phillip has vast experience in property and facilities management commencing in 1988 with the State Electricity Commission of Victoria and prior to that was Planning Officer in various Government Departments.

Phillip has a Graduate Diploma in Business (Property Management), Bachelor of Arts (Urban Studies) with a major in Town Planning and is an Agent's Representative.

As a senior industry asset manager, Phillip has played an integral role in building the Allard & Shelton portfolio.

Daniel Nutbean - PROPERTY MANAGER

Daniel Nutbean commenced his tenure at Allard & Shelton, early in 2010 and has been in the industry since 1998. Daniel is renowned for his energetic and courteous approach to property management, and for placing the needs of his clients first and foremost, every time.

A consummate professional, Daniel has a thorough working knowledge of all aspects of industrial/commercial property management and is well-placed to provide sound assistance and advice to anyone seeking a strong professional alliance in the management of their properties.

Alex Dempsey - PROPERTY MANAGER

With 8 years' experience in the property industry (both locally and abroad) Alex has developed into a highly-qualified property professional, with demonstrated abilities in all aspects of the commercial property management.

Aex's strong standing as a Property Manager is underpinned by a vast working knowledge and understanding of the industry – from the implementation of administrative practices, to procedures and practices associated with property construction and development.

Clients whom Alex has represented (past and present) include a series of publicly-listed companies, REIT's and high-net-worth individuals.

Alex's tertiary qualifications include a Bachelor of Planning & Design (Property & Construction); a Certificate IV in Business Administration and an Agent's Representative License.

Michael Crittenden - SALES & LEASING EXECUTIVE

A driven high-achiever, Michael commenced his professional life within the retail industry, ascending swiftly into a variety of management roles. A keen interest in property, however, soon led Michael to pursue a career in real estate, commencing his tenure as Sale & Leasing Executive at Allard & Shelton in 2007.

During this time, Michael has proven to be an invaluable member of our team, having successfully negotiated a multitude of sales and leasing transactions across Melbourne, and has fast developed into a true property professional.

Adam Bull - ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER

Adam started his real estate career in residential management in 2002, and over time, his role grew to incorporate the management of over 200 properties.

With the aim of expanding his knowledge and experience in property management, Adam decided to transition over to commercial property management in 2009, and is learning the commercial trade with alacrity.

Highly-regarded by our Directors, Adam is rapidly on his way to becoming one of the ‘young guns’ in the industry.
