|1884||Keogh and Allard Pty Ltd was established.|
|1912||Mr. Gordon Allard formed a partnership with Mr. Arthur Baillieu|
|1934||Mr. Gordon Allard diverged and formed Gordon Allard & Co.|
|1976||Mr. Bill Shelton joined Mr. Gordon Allard’s son, Jim, signalling the dawn of a new era and forming Allard Shelton Pty Ltd.|
|1992||Mr. Patrick Barnes joined Allard Shelton, expanding the property management portfolio and further strengthening the company’s presence within Melbourne CBD and the city fringe.|
|2008||Mr. Joseph Walton became the eighth director in the Company’s history, ensuring Allard and Shelton’s continued success and growth especially within the Sales and Leasing departments.|
|2011||Mr. Richard Kennett was appointed a Director of Allard Shelton, establishing and delivering key strategic goals for the Company.|
|2017||Mr. James Gregson and Mr. Michael Ryan were appointed Directors of Allard Shelton alongside Patrick Barnes, Joseph Walton and Richard Kennett. Together they continue to carry the Allard Shelton brand forward.|
